The gift was a watch valued at approximately $1,300.00. As he attempted to purchase that watch, Mr. Brown was allegedly approached by the store's security. He was then falsely accused of credit card fraud. As a result, he was handcuffed. Fortunately, Mr. Brown was released, but only after allegedly being ridiculed by the officers who did not believe he could afford the watch.
