DaSean A. Jones handles cases throughout Texas, including: Harris, Bexar, Fort Bend, Gillespie, Bell, Hamilton, Williamson, Montgomery, and Washington County. Today, DaSean represents individuals and small businesses in a variety of matters, including general civil litigation, employment, consumer, and criminal defense matters. DaSean has handled disputes surrounding nursing employment rights, compensation issues, unpaid overtime, disability, race, age, wrongful termination, and non-compete agreements.
Military Service. DaSean is a decorated Iraqi War veteran. On the same day he completed his undergraduate degree, Mr. Jones followed his dad's footsteps and entered the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Second Lieutenant and served for seven and two combat tours to Iraq. DaSean attained the rank of Captain and entered the reserves, where he accepted a commission as a Judge Advocate.

Mr. Jones is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. where he served as the Vice Polemarch for the Killeen-Fort Hood Alumni Chapter. Additionally, Mr. Jones is a Prince Hall Mason. Today, outside of his civilian practice, he serves as Trial Defense Counsel in the Army Reserve component.
